David Stearman is a singer/songwriter, author, evangelist and Bible teacher whose inspirational and encouraging messages are grounded in the timeless principles of the Word of God. Born-again at age 17, he immediately began writing and singing songs about his newfound faith in and around his home state of Kentucky.

After moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Oral Roberts University, David met his beloved Diane, to whom he’s now been married for over forty years. While at ORU, he felt privileged to receive personally from powerful ministers as Oral Roberts, TL Osborn, and Kenneth E Hagin, whose words and works influenced his life and message in profound ways. 

During this time, David began a professional recording career and commenced touring nationally. While on the road, his ministry evolved into preaching and teaching. As a result, he was ordained by Ministerial Fellowship at Rhema Bible Training Center.

As he continued to teach and preach in US churches, David's call to the mission fields developed, and soon outreaches to countries like Mexico, Peru, the Philippines, Caribbean Islands, and various European nations became the norm.

David still writes inspirational songs and sings them in nearly every service, but feels his primary ministry is teaching and preaching on the mission fields. His message is simple, sound, profound, and always uplifting. As one pastor announced on his church's outdoor sign: "David Stearman tonight - Not a discouraging word will be heard."
