My first professional album, “Together Forever,” is a product of the early '80s, and yet amazingly, sounds as if it were recorded yesterday. As a bonus, it features some of the other popular CCM artists of the day, such as Ferrell and Ferrell, Stephanie Boosahda, and jazz great John Patitucci. From a spiritual perspective, it's a confession of Christian conviction and unbridled faith.

"Yes in Him" is a faith pumper, the natural outflow of miracle services I've been a part of on the road. The production is clean and simple, almost skeletal, laced with the late-'80s chorused-guitar, DX keyboard, and electric drums were popular back then. (The problem with recording trendy music is that it sounds a little dated later...) But old-school stylings aside, if I had to face an army of Philistenes with nothing but a spear and a song, I'd make my tune selection from this album's playlist.

This third album, "It’s Gonna Be All Right," was born in the '90s and is heavily influenced by time spent on the mission fields. It's a good album to motivate a person to "go into all the world." Folks seem to particularly enjoy a couple of the Mexican-flavored licks. “All Right” features an up-to-date sound spiced with a touch of county and a smidgen of light grunge. It's a good choice for both Pop and New-Country fans, or anyone else who likes unpretentious, earthy tunes.

And then there's "Solo." Folks have been asking me for a guitar-and-vocal only album for years now, since that's the way I perform in concerts. But I must confess I've resisted the idea, since most of singers don't feel all that great about the way we sound without a band. (Unless you can sing like Celine Dion, which I can't...) But in the end I finally went for it, and I'll have to admit it turned out pretty well. So here it is: a gentle "unplugged" album with a sweet anointing for those of you who prefer your music raw.

David Stearman began writing music and singing the year he was born again. Music is an integral part of his ministry, so he shares at least a few songs everywhere he goes to speak both in the US and on the mission field. He’s recorded a total of six albums, but the four below are his most popular. They are available nearly everywhere else music can be dowloaded.

Below is a project-by-project description of each album...
